is an inflammatory condition of the lumbar nerve roots. This
may be the result of anesthetic agents used in spinal anesthesia,
spinal meningitis, tumors, myelographic dye, trauma, hemorrhage, or
it may occur without any known cause. This appears as clumping
of nerve roots in MRI or myelogram studies, and patients may have
low back and leg pain. |
